Coverage starts as the manufacturer warranty expires. 8 years of total protection with Jacuzzi 300, 400, 500 and Sundance 780, 880, 980 series. 6 years of total protection with Viking, Catalina, Jacuzzi 200 and Sundance 680 series.

Why should I add Extend Product Protection?

Extend offers a seamless coverage experience that provides added peace of mind. Enjoy your purchase without worry.

What if I need to return my product?

If you return your product, The Great Escape returns the amount you paid for coverage. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a prorated refund, less any paid claims.

How do I file a claim?

You can file through our online Extend Claims Portal or call Extend at (877) 248-7707 and provide either your email address, contract ID, or other identifying piece of information. Extend will process your claim in minutes and once approved, send your details on your repair or replacement.

Does Extend Product Protection cover accidental damage?

Yes. For most eligible items including indoor furniture and outdoor furniture, Extend covers accidental damage in addition to extending the manufacturer warranty coverage.
