How do I file a claim?

Extend makes it easy to file a claim. You can file through our Extend Claims Portal or our call center (877-248-7707). You’ll simply need your email address or contract ID to get started.

What if I need to return my product?

If you return your product, Z Gallerie will request your contract be cancelled and will issue you all refunds.

Do Extend’s plans cover accidental damage?

Yes. For indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, mattresses and area rugs, product protection offered by Extend covers accidental damage like rips, tears and stains. For lighting, protection offered by Extend covers accidental damage such as drops and failure from defects.
