How do I file a claim?

Extend makes it easy to file a claim. You can file through our Extend Claims Portal at extend.com/customers or our call center (877-248-7707). You’ll need your email address or contract ID.

What if I need to return my product?

If you return your product, Mattress Warehouse will request your contract be cancelled and will issue you all refunds.

Does Extend cover accidental damage?

Product protection offered by Extend covers accidental damage on mattresses like rips, tears and stains. The adjustable bed base coverage fills the gaps left by the manufacturer warranty, by providing parts and service coverage as the manufacturer warranty expires. Accidental damage coverage is not available on adjustable bed bases
