How do I file a claim?
Filing a claim is simple! You will need either your contract ID, email address, or other identifying piece of information. Visit

What if I need to return my product?
If you return your product, your retailer will request your contract be canceled and will work with Extend to refund your plan (less any claims costs).
Does Extend Product Protection cover accidental damage?
Yes. For most eligible items including indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, and mattresses, Extend covers accidental damage in addition to extending the manufacturer warranty coverage.
Power bed bases and appliances are not covered in case of accidental damage. Instead, Extend provides extended protection against mechanical and electrical failure and power surges, as the manufacturer warranty expires.
