Pet Protection+
This plan includes all the coverage of our standard plan, plus additional coverage for pet-related accidental damage, such as scratch marks, bite marks, and beak damage, that is not covered under the standard plan.

Filing a claim is simple! You will need either your contract ID, email address, or other identifying piece of information. Visit dufresne.ca and click “Chat Now”, or call (800) 737-3233.
If you return your product, your retailer will request your contract be canceled and will work with Extend to get you a refund (less any claims costs).
Yes. For most eligible items including indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, and mattresses, Extend covers accidental damage in addition to extending the manufacturer warranty coverage.
